When the journey is part of the appointment
Business travel is not only about getting from A to B. A punctual pickup, clear contact person, and agreed time window create certainty for staff, clients, and guests. Tell us whether the request concerns one appointment, a recurring journey, a visitor programme, or an airport transfer. We review the assignment personally and confirm the arrangement directly.
Details for reliable coordination
Please provide the pickup address, destination, date, requested pickup time, passenger count, and a reachable contact person. For company sites, hotels, and event locations, details about the entrance, reception, or meeting point are useful. Mention several stops, waiting time, and a return journey in the original request. This lets us assess the schedule realistically instead of clarifying essential details during the appointment.
Guest travel and airport connections
For international guests and airport transfers, the flight number, terminal, luggage, and arrival or departure time are particularly important. For pickups after a landing, we agree the details in advance and consider changes only after direct communication. The direct route Zug ↔ Zurich Airport (ZRH) is CHF 170; Basel is CHF 280. For Geneva or special requirements, we provide a transparent personal quote on request.
Recurring journeys and invoicing
Companies with regular travel can organise their requirements more clearly by sharing typical pickup points, frequent destinations, contacts, and preferred communication channels. This improves personal coordination but does not replace confirmation of an individual journey. If an invoice or monthly overview is needed, tell us beforehand so the administrative details can be recorded correctly.
