Before an assignment is confirmed, we agree the pickup point, destination, contact persons, and requested time window directly with you. A request is not an automatic acceptance. We confirm personally whether and how an assignment can be carried out only after requirements, availability, and handover have been clarified.
Essential details for a request
Provide the full pickup address, destination address, pickup contact, handover contact, and a reachable telephone number. Tell us when the item will be ready and by when it needs to be handed over. Describe special handling requirements clearly and completely, without sending sensitive content through unprotected channels unnecessarily. We clarify open points directly with the responsible person.
Clarify requirements before confirmation
Temperature-controlled, medically regulated, or particularly time-critical transport requires an explicit review and confirmation. We do not promise specific handling, documentation, or storage before those requirements have been clarified in detail. Include packaging, handover procedure, time window, and all necessary instructions in the first contact.
Pickup and personal handover
For sensitive shipments, a named pickup and handover contact is especially important. If nobody is reachable, an item must not be left automatically in an unsecured location. Tell us in advance how to proceed in the event of a delay or an unreachable contact person. This helps avoid misunderstandings and keeps the process clear.
