A reliable airport transfer starts with complete information. Send the travel date, requested pickup time, and full address as early as possible. We check every request personally. Availability, the exact arrangement, and any individual price become binding only after our confirmation. Early requests are especially useful for morning flights, holidays, and journeys with several passengers.
Information required for your request
Please provide the pickup address, travel date, preferred pickup time, flight number, departure time, passenger count, and approximate luggage. Mention children, oversized luggage, or other requirements before confirmation. Our vehicles carry up to six passengers, but luggage volume and seating requirements must still be assessed together.
Allow a realistic time reserve
The suitable pickup time depends on more than distance. Traffic, airline check-in guidance, terminal access, and security queues may affect the schedule. Avoid planning around the shortest possible journey. Share your flight details so the transfer can be coordinated realistically and confirmed directly with you.
Arrange the return journey
A pickup from Zurich Airport can also be requested in advance. We need the arrival date, flight number, passenger count, luggage, and destination in the Canton of Zug. Flight times may change, so details are coordinated again before the journey. Mention additional stops when sending the original request.
